We are doing what we can to support our community in Marikina. We launched Kababayan Food Pack Relief Project for the benefit of Brgy. Calumpang Marikina City residents who are currently unable to work and earn their livelihood during the Enhance Community Quarantine.
Our beneficiaries include factory workers, informal workers such as jeepney & tricycle drivers and anyone who’s work has been affected by the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
Food Packs are distributed weekly until the Quarantine is lifted.

March 24, 2020 Update
Our first relief project just finished. We were able to provide 20 families with Food Packs. Our original plan was to provide some vegetable for a heathy Food Pack but we had some difficulty sourcing low priced vegetable to fit our budget since the prices in the markets has already increased significantly.
This week’s Food Pack contented
- 5 kilos of rice
- 1 kilo hotdog
- 1 loaf of bread
- 15 pcs egg
- 1 pack bihon
Total cost of the Food Pack for this week is P500. We are hoping to provide a more healthier Food Pack next week and reach more families.

April 1, 2020 Update
Our second batch of Food Packs was a big hit in our community. For this leg we were able to distribute 25 packs that included vegetable as planed. We want to make sure that even with the ECQ everyone is still eating healthy.
This week’s Food Pack contented
- 5 kilos of rice
- 1 loaf of bread
- 2 kilos of assorted veggies
Total cost of the Food Pack for this week is P440. For next week, we are hoping to include fresh chicken in our Food Packs.
